Toy recruiters often have a blurry view of who their clients are. That is not the case with us. We have a very clear client profile, which is as follows:
Already commercially successful in one or more Toy markets.
Growing businesses who may be looking to enter a new market and set up a subsidiary or direct trading entity in that country, and who are requiring to find their first hire in a market they don't know that well/where they don't have any other staff.
We don't tend to recruit for major global companies which are more concerned with following the bureaucracy around filling Toy jobs, those type of more corporate companies with their box ticking approach tend to use bigger recruitment companies who have the resources to spend as much time on compliance as they do on finding appropriately qualified candidates (it's not that we don't comply, it's just that recruitment comes first with us, and compliance is a necessary supporting step).
We only recruit for more senior roles based on the experience of our team. If you need to find the next up and coming twenty something potential industry leaders of the future, there are better Toy recruitment agencies for that. We know at least hundreds, and probably thousands of highly qualified, highly experience and very successful Toy people, that is our recruitment sweet spot.
