The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Toy Buyer to support our Buying Director in sourcing toys and plush from a wide range of factories and geographies. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, initiative, and a sharp eye for commercially viable product.
You’ll be:
Identifying and onboarding new suppliers across global markets
Managing product selection, sampling, and cost negotiations
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure product alignment with market needs
Keeping pace with trends, competitor activity, brand and licensing opportunities and retail dynamics
Travelling as needed to meet suppliers and attend trade shows
Supporting sales team with product development for key accounts

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in toy buying (soft toy experience preferred)
Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
A proactive, energetic temperament
Existing relationships with Toy factories
Licensing experience preferred
