Job Title: Head of Sales – MENA

Location: United Arab Emirates

Reports To: CEO

Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and expand our business across the MENA region. This senior role is responsible for driving revenue growth through both retail key account management and distributor partnerships. The successful candidate will bring deep regional knowledge, a passion for consumer products, and the leadership to position our board games and arts & crafts toy ranges as category leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives, focusing on both modern retail and distributor channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, national chains, and distributor partners across the MENA region.

• Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive activity to optimize positioning and increase market share.

• Own and manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.

• Oversee trade marketing plans in collaboration with marketing to support sell-in and sell-through.

• Ensure compliance with brand, operational, and commercial standards across partners.

• Travel across MENA markets as necessary.

• Co-ordinate & liaise with Head Office team to ensure product line offers maximal opportunities for the MENA region.

• Input into QA and compliance process for MENA.

  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 in a senior regional role within toys, FMCG, or consumer goods.

• Strong network in MENA retail and/or distributor landscape.

• Proven success managing both direct accounts and third-party distributors.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory, as are excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• A self-starter, comfortable with autonomy, and driven to build brands in complex markets.
